All-Kaysinger volleyball team announced

After leading Green Ridge to a district championship and 21-10-2 record, Lady Tigers coach Lori Larimore was selected as Kaysinger Conference head coach of the year.

Her daughter, Laurel Larimore, and teammate Torey Williams represented the Lady Tigers on the all-conference team and Sacred Heart, Stover, Cole Camp, Lincoln and Northwest also had two representatives.

Sacred Heart seniors Rachel Fischer and Rachel Fritz earned all-conference honors, alongside Kaylee Uptegrove and Erin Eckhoff of Stover. Representing Cole Camp was Shelby Rice and Quincy Harms and Northwest’s Meredith Norfleet and Mariah Wiskur also made the team. Lincoln’s Chandra Schaffer and Shyanne Swearngin rounded out the list.

La Monte’s Sara Bell, Green Ridge’s Kristen Morton, Sacred Heart’s Kelli Lamb, Stover’s Kristen Wilson, Cole Camp’s Raegan Pierson, Lincoln’s Rachel Young, Smithton’s Paige Dowdy and Northwest’s Lorelei Schlomer were named all-conference honorable mentions.
